At Faithfully Made Nails, each press-on nail set is handmade and custom-made with care. Due to the custom and hygienic nature of our products, please review the following refund policy carefully before placing your order.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

Custom & Hygienic Products

Because our press-on nails are custom-sized and made specifically for each customer, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Incorrect sizing provided by the customer

• Change of mind

• Normal wear and tear

• Improper application or removal

Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives incorrectly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will review the claim and, if approved, offer a replacement at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Faithfully Made Nails is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. No refunds will be issued for shipping delays.
