Product Information

All press-on nail sets are handmade and made to order. Due to the custom nature of our products, slight variations in color, shape, or design may occur. These variations are not considered defects.

Custom Orders & Sizing

Customers are responsible for providing accurate nail sizing information. Faithfully Made Nails is not responsible for sizing issues resulting from incorrect measurements or photos provided by the customer.

Processing Time

All orders require a processing period before shipment. Processing times are communicated prior to purchase and may vary based on order volume and customization.

Payments

Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is received. All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

No Refunds or Returns

Due to the custom and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. Please review all order details carefully before purchasing.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been confirmed, as materials and production begin immediately.

Shipping

Faithfully Made Nails is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damages caused by the shipping carrier once the order has been shipped. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for additional details.

Proper Use & Care

Faithfully Made Nails is not responsible for damage, injury, or wear resulting from improper application, removal, or care of the press-on nails.

Intellectual Property

All designs, images, branding, and content created by Faithfully Made Nails are the property of the business and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Right to Refuse Service

Faithfully Made Nails reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason, in accordance with applicable laws.
